This resort is ' SImply Sensational ' and also includes the ' Sensational Little RIver Hotel and Resort ' ! This hotel includes the following features : 280 - Five Star Hotel Rooms. I have been a customer for many years now of ' The Sensational Little River Casino Resort ' of Manistee, Michigan. They selection of machines is pretty good now too. Not a large selection of food but what they had was very good. I think it is horrible customer service to ask your customers to stand at the hostess station for 15 minutes when there are plenty of open tables. We asked if we could get a table anyways and watch the Tigers and we were told no, we would have to stand there and wait for a table. We were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait because their servers were behind. We visited the new sports bar and there were several open tables. It seems like since the resort is in Michigan and pool will only get used 3 months a year, they would of made the pool indoors larger. But the outdoor pool is very nice and a large area to lay out in.
Not quiet sure what their thinking was in making the indoor pool extremely small when they already had a nice indoor pool to begin with. The renovations are finally over!! Thank God.
